Pinpoint the Waste. Quantify the Savings.
After billing analysis and benchmarking, you're ready to find out exactly what systems in your building are unnecessarily driving up costs and how much savings can realistically be captured: it is time for an investment grade energy audit.
Investment grade energy audits are the tools we use to diagnose problems and prescribe the remedies. Investment grade energy audits cover every aspect of specific building systems, from finding the problems to determining the right upgrades to quantifying savings potential per project.
Our investment grade audits (American Society of Heating, Refrigerating, and Air-Conditioning Engineers, ASHRAE, level II and III) go deep to include detailed energy calculations of proposed energy conservation measures. We also provide a detailed financial analysis for each energy conservation measure we recommend including estimated cost, savings, and other criteria you tell us is important (ex. lighting levels). At this stage we also identify potential funding sources to help you implement the projects in the most cost effective manner possible.
We break out our recommendations into:
- No and low cost opportunities
- Moderate cost opportunities
- Higher cost opportunities
Investment grade energy audits are more detailed than energy benchmarking but can also vary in depth based on the complexity of your building and use case.
