Avion Solutions offers worldwide onsite training for Condition Based Maintenance (CBM) operation and theory, Aircraft Flight Control Rigging, Dynamic Rotor Smoothing, Static Main Rotor Blade Balance, and Static Tail Rotor Blade Balance. We also develop and evaluate aircraft technical manuals and training material.

Avion Solutions personnel provide lead analysis, planning, CDRL development and execution of training and training devices support throughout the logistics life cycle. Our experts provide input, recommendations, and coordination for continual readiness of training and identification of training support requirements and production of training product deliverables, such as Instructor Guides (IG), student handouts, Computer Aided Instruction (CAI), Interactive Multimedia Instruction (IMI), and operator’s checklists to support aircraft. Avion Solutions plans training events and generates draft training documents such as instructor guides, student handouts and training aids for use during New Equipment Training (NET) or other training events, post-training, and Executive Summaries. Avion Solutions performs analysis of training methods and strategies, conducting cost comparisons with execution quality for a single site vs. worldwide distance learning techniques such as defense connect online. We review and validate all technology-based multimedia-training materials and our experts currently conduct training to 12 military organizations and external support agencies such as Army Field Maintenance Activity, AMCOM Logistical Area Representative-University (LAR-U), and CCAD on 19 emerging technologies being fielded fleet wide to meet specific logistic mission sets.
